Arkansas Veterinary Emergency and Specialists in Little Rock, Arkansas is looking to add an Emergency Veterinarian to their amazing team! Experienced veterinarians with interest in leadership are encouraged to ask about our upcoming Medical Director opportunity at this location! We practice in a well-equipped 8,500 square foot facility in west Little Rock. Our specialties include Surgery, Dermatology, Dentistry, Ophthalmology, and Critical Care, while our emergency team provides both referred and after-hours emergency care. Learn more at . We are looking to add internal medicine back into our service team in 2022. Our ideal candidate has an excellent attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work as an extension of our specialty team, helping to provide both cohesive medical care and communication between clients, referring veterinarians, and specialists. We are happy to consider an experienced veterinarian, or a new graduate ready to hit the ground running.

We are looking for both a part-time and a full time veterinarian. Part-time can be on a consistent schedule or as a dedicated relief doctor, committed to a certain number of shifts TBD but with a flexible schedule. For full time candidates, we are looking for veterinarians interested in working a flexible schedule of 12 shifts every 4 weeks for a straight salary of $150,000 minimum, and up to $20,000 in travel reimbursement (for non-local candidates) or additional signing/retention bonuses TBD. As the only multi-specialty center in Little Rock, we offer a variety of shifts and a widely diverse caseload. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our team of board certified specialists in a busy hospital with a strong support team!
