Mission Statement
The Foundation’s purpose is the promotion of animal health research and scholarship. It is organized for those educational and charitable purposes and will operate exclusively to aid in the support, development, expansion and promotion of veterinary science.
"Pass the Torch"

The Foundation is a non-profit organization chartered by the Arkansas Secretary of State for scientific and educational purposes and is approved as tax-exempt under Section 501©(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
