Policies
The following applies to all registrants: veterinarians, office managers, vet techs, and other staff.
A $30 late registration fee will be applied to registrations received electronically or in-person after January 26, 2027.
Requests for cancelations will be subject to a $30 processing fee. Cancelation requests must be made in writing and received by the ArVMA office no later than Monday, January 25, 2027 for consideration of a full registration refund. No registration refunds will be made for cancelation requests received after Monday, January 25, 2027.
