Sponsorships are available in addition to Exhibitor Booths. All sponsorship levels are recognized with signage around the convention.
Exhibitor Booths
Exhibitor booths are available as an addition to a sponsorship or as a stand-alone opportunity. Space assignments are made in the order in which they are received. Please note, the exhibit area is already carpeted for your convenience.

Key Dates & Hours
Please note: Booth setup cannot begin prior to 1:15 PM on Thursday because Sunbelt Convention Services will still be setting up the hall. You may set up between 1:15 and 5:00 PM. No setup after 5:00 PM because the Convention Center closes at that time.
Please do not break down your booth prior to 3:55 PM on Saturday. Early pack-up disrupts the event experience for attendees and neighboring vendors, and doing so will jeopardize your eligibility for future invitations.
