Policies
The following applies to all registrants: veterinarians, office managers, vet techs, and other staff.
Early Bird Registration:
Opens November 1, 2026, and closes January 25, 2027.
Late Registration:
Available January 26, 2027, through February 7, 2027.
A $30 late registration fee will be applied to registrations received electronically or via mail after January 26, 2027.
On-site Late Registration:
Opens Thursday, February 4, 2027 through Sunday, February 7, 2027, in person at the convention center. Only credit card or check payment will be received, no cash. On-site registrations will be charged a $30 late registration fee.
Requests for cancellations will be subject to a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the ArVMA office no later than Monday, January 25, 2027 for consideration of a full registration refund. No registration refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after Monday, January 25, 2027.
Please note: The sky bridge connecting the Embassy Suites to the Convention Center will be closed for a portion of the Winter Meeting. Please consider staying at the Hotel Hot Springs if this is an inconvenience.
